Established in 1992 by Dr. Abdul Aziz Bin Turki Al-Otaishan, Otaishan Consulting Engineers (OCE) is a multi-disciplinary firm engaged in providing comprehensive architectural consultancy services. Powered by professional Architects, Planners and Engineers, OCE is one of the leading Consulting Engineering firms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.

With a diligent team of about 600 professional, technical and administrative employees, we have successfully undertaken the design and supervision of a wide range of distinguished master planning, architectural and engineering projects. In the process, we have acquired tremendous experience in conceptual design, engineering and supervision, which enabled us to participate and win several architectural competitions.

The office was upgraded to a Company, as Abdul Aziz Turki Al-Otaishan Engineering Consulting Company, and the articles of association were amended by the entry of Engineer Nasah Abdul Aziz Al-Otaishan and Mr. Muhammad Abdul Aziz Al-Otaishan as new partners in order to improve the work and enter into various projects with different sectors. The company provides high-end consulting services in many engineering fields.
